We teach courses with a focus on analytics through the training company Learning Tree International. We are based in Europe and present courses in English usually on the UK (UTC) or Central European (CET) time zones. Please note that when booking courses with Learning Tree, they cannot guarantee that the course will be taught by Gideon Mitchell.
Most of our courses are taught online, which works well for the technical syllabus that we teach and avoids travel costs and unnecessary CO2 emissions. Occasionally clients choose to have courses delivered face to face at their own site or at Learning Tree’s headquarters in Canary Wharf, London.
On virtual courses attendees connect through a virtual meeting room, usually Zoom or Teams, where we can see and talk to each other. When the course gets underway the instructor shares his or her screen and explains the course content using slides and demonstrations.
On almost all courses we also connect to a Virtual Machine (VM) where we can do practical exercises. In most cases software licenses are not needed by the attendees because trial licenses are installed on the VMs.
All bookings go through Learning Tree. Click through to their website using one of the red links on the right and book whichever course interests you. Various plans are available that make the courses more cost-effective.
If several people from your organisation wish to attend the same course, Learning Tree can arrange a special session at a time that suits you, subject to availability. This should be less expensive for you if you have at least five delegates who wish to attend together.
Please contact Learning Tree through their website to discuss your needs.
Microsoft offer some of their own course material in areas such as Power BI. Gideon Mitchell, who is a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT), has permission to teach these courses through Learning Tree. This material is particularly useful for people preparing to take Microsoft’s official examinations, for example the PL-300 examination in Power BI.
The red links in the panel on the right will open the course pages on the Learning Tree website showing you details of the course content and the dates of the public courses.
